WINDOW CLEANING?

what can i do to prepare for an exterior window cleaning?

  • Please make sure that all your windows and doors are closed

  • Unlock all your screens so the technician can remove them

  • Please provide access to your backyard

WHAT CAN I DO TO PREPARE FOR AN INTERIOR WINDOW CLEANING?

  • Remove any items on the window sills before the technician arrives

  • We will need have access to the home. A text message or email will be sent to you on the day as a friendly reminder that a technician is on the way.

WHAT DO YOU USE TO CLEAN WINDOWS?

  • We use environmentally friendly, biodegradable solution of soap and water.

  • We also use water fed pole for the exterior windows

wILL YOU STILL CLEAN MY WINDOWS IF IT IS RAINING?

  • No. We will reschedule your window cleaning.

WINDOW CLEANING DOES NOT INCLUDE

  • Removal of glue, paint, adhesives residue, motor, or hard water stains

  • We can remove the above items at a additional cost

 

GUTTER CLEANING?

HOW CAN I PREPARE FOR A GUTTER CLEANING?

  • Make sure all windows and doors are shut

DO I NEED TO BE HOME?

  • No. We will send you an invoice once the job is complete, along with before and after pictures.

DO YOU REMOVE ALL DEBRIS OFF SITE?

  • Yes. We bag all debris and remove from the property.

HOW DO YOU CLEAN GUTTERs?

  • We use a combination of leaf blowers, shop vacs, and using our hands to get all debris out. All down spouts are flushed using on site water hook up.

  • We do not clean underground drains
